Our services are offered only through cardingoutlet.online.

While it may seem unusual for a platform like ours to publish formal Terms and a Privacy Policy, these rules exist to protect both our service and our customers.


ABOUT OUR SERVICE

This platform was created after the shutdown (exit scam) of Empire Market. We built cardingoutlet.online to continue serving our loyal customers who remained with us during that period.

We welcome new customers but prioritize long-term clients. This is a business relationship—professional, not personal.

All product terms are clearly stated in product descriptions. Common sense applies at all times.

A private Telegram group is available to customers. The invitation link is sent in your order confirmation email.


ACCOUNTS & ACTIVATION

  • Always create an account before placing an order.

  • Include your username in the order notes during activation.

  • Use Dogecoin or Litecoin only for account top-ups after placing an order.

  • Creating multiple accounts without support approval will result in suspension.

  • Always write “for account activation” at checkout to enable automatic activation.

  • Follow our activation policy strictly.


IMPORTANT RULES & LIMITATIONS

  • We are not responsible for PayPal limitations, reviews, or restrictions due to new or unverified accounts.

  • We are not responsible for limitations on client-provided accounts. You are responsible for knowing your account limits.

  • Funds reversed or charged back will be resent only within 96 hours of receipt. After this period, no responsibility is assumed.

  • Clear video proof of chargebacks or reversals is required, including transaction history.

  • No replacement is provided if accounts are limited due to failure to use proper security (e.g., SOCKS5).

  • Accounts will not be replaced once funds are successfully withdrawn.

  • Any attempt to scam, manipulate evidence, or provide false claims will result in a permanent ban.

Refunds are handled at our discretion. We aim to be fair and operate long-term.


ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Review all details carefully before submission. Details cannot be changed once processing begins.

  • Orders already in processing cannot always be canceled.

  • Do not place an order if you do not intend to pay. Unpaid orders result in a ban.

  • All orders must be paid within 60 minutes or will be canceled automatically.

  • Accepted payments: Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Litecoin only.

  • Minimum account top-up: $100 (or $200 for activation).


PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS

  • Bank drops will be blocked if accessed from the wrong country. This is your responsibility.

  • CC replacements must be requested within 120 minutes per card, with video proof of decline.

  • Replacement CCs are provided with proof that the new card is active.

  • Venmo and CashApp transfers allow one replacement only within the guaranteed timeframe.

  • Video proof is required for frozen or reversed transfers.


CONTACT & CONDUCT

  • Contact us only for serious, relevant inquiries.

  • Generic or obvious questions may be ignored.

  • Partnership requests are not accepted and will result in an instant ban.

  • Requests for tests or free funds will also result in a ban.


FINAL NOTICE

These terms are not exhaustive. We reserve the right to take action beyond what is listed if necessary. Our goal is to maintain a fair platform where both parties benefit.
